Take note:
- All rates are per room per night.
- The above mentioned rates only include accomodation.
- Breakfast is available at R95 per person (full farmhouse breakfast)
- Children under the age of 12yrs pays half price.
Cancellation policy:
- No show or early departure forfeits 100% of total stay.
- Cancellations 14 working days or less prior to arrival, forfeits 100% of total stay.
- Cancellations 15 to 59 working days prior to arrival, forfeits 50%0f total stay.
- Cancellations in excess of 60 working days prior to arrival will incur a 15% admin fee to cover banking & handling charges.
- Kindly take note that we do consider a cancellation on merit, if it’s truly beyond the Guest control, and will charge accordingly.
- Please take note that the days referring to, does not include weekends and public holidays.
- A 50% deposit assumes unconditional agreement to our terms.
